Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 200 g Pasta
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink on both sides. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to combine.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to ensure the flavors meld together.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and additional lemon zest if desired. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or grated parmesan.
